Associate, Recruiter
Overview:
Fully remote with the ability to successfully work from home office. Experience recruiting candidates for positions such as Contracts Administrator, E-Billing Coordinator, AP Specialist, Paralegal, HR Director, Legal Support Services Supervisor to name a few.
Responsibilities:- Knowledge and experience in working with the full recruitment cycle for direct hire candidates.
- Develop a pool of viable candidates with the ability to match the job descriptions for submission to clients.
- Ability to advertise on job boards such as LinkedIn, Zip, Indeed to name a few.
- Follow all processes in place to reach monthly revenue goal of $25,000 per month.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 2+ years’ experience in working law firms or corporations in placing IT personnel.
- Proficiency in Excel and Bull Horn.
