Cloud Systems Analyst
What are we looking for?
To thrive in this role from day one, you should demonstrate the following:
Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skill to assess business needs, translate them into system requirements, and perform system configurations to deliver effective business solutions.
Ability to learn and understand general system components, data flows, and basic integrations to analyze impacts, workflows, and support cross-functional collaboration.
Skilled at conducting gap and root-cause analysis and successfully communicating results to technical and non-technical audiences.
Experienced defining and executing test strategies for configurations that provide business solutions including creating and documenting standard operating procedures and/or incident response steps that are clear and repeatable.
Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and sound judgment in decision making while consistently delivering high-quality, timely results amid competing priorities.
Proven ability taking initiative as a self-starter by actively leveraging available resources and continual learning.
