THE ROLE You will sell Parikshak’s Full-Stack Hiring service directly to companies that are actively hiring — across all sizes, across India and global markets. You bring your existing relationships. Parikshak gives you a service that solves a problem every hiring team has right now. Your job is to connect those two things — from Day 1, not after a 90-day ramp. Week 1 expectation: 3 qualified meetings booked with real hiring decision-makers from your existing network. Not leads we give you. Relationships you already have.
