- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources such as assisted living communities, senior centers, hospitals, and rehabilitation facilities
- Conduct regular in-person visits and check-ins with community partners to establish trust and increase brand awareness
- Identify and develop new partnership opportunities within the local senior care community
- Represent FirstLight at networking events, health fairs, and community activities
- Coordinate and participate in volunteer opportunities to strengthen community presence
- Track outreach efforts, referrals, and follow-ups using internal systems
- Assist with initial client inquiries and support the intake process as needed
- Maintain organized records of marketing activities, contacts, and campaigns
- Collaborate with leadership to execute local marketing strategies
- Support the development and distribution of marketing materials (flyers, brochures, social content)
- Adhere to all FirstLight policies and procedures
- Manage outreach schedule independently and report on weekly activities
- Set your own schedule while meeting outreach and relationship goals
- High School Diploma or GED required (college preferred)
- Previous experience in networking, outreach, sales, or marketing preferred
- Experience in senior care, healthcare, or home care is a strong plus
- Familiarity with the local community and ability to build connections
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, scheduling tools)
