- Assist clients in understanding their health plan benefits and options.
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone and email communication.
- Review and process benefit inquiries and claims accurately.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve benefit-related issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of health plan policies and regulations.
- Educate clients on preventive care and wellness programs.
- Document interactions and maintain detailed records in our systems.
- Support team initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and engagement.
- 1-3 years of experience in health insurance or benefits administration.
- Strong understanding of health plan benefits and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others.
- Relevant certifications or licenses are a plus.
