Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting customers in expediting orders and resolving post-sales issues
• Communicating with customers via mail, chat, and phone

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need:

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 (any graduate/PG eligible to apply)
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Flexibility to work in shifts
• Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize work
• Clear communication with both internal and external customers
