The Role

As a Remote Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers via phone, email, and online channels. You'll be a key point of contact, addressing customer inquiries related to billing, insurance, products, and services. Your primary goal will be to deliver a positive customer experience, even in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries related to billing, insurance, products, and services via phone, email, and online platforms.

  • Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, taking ownership from beginning to end.
  • Deliver a positive customer experience, even in a fast-paced environment.
  • Assist customers with questions regarding their insurance and copays.
  • Provide technical support while navigating the pharmacy.amazon.com platform.
  • Build strong customer relationships by ensuring each interaction is an opportunity for long-term engagement.

Essential Capabilities

* Must reside within the state of Utah.

  • High school diploma or equivalent, or 4+ years of relevant experience using computers and online tools.
  • Proven ability to multitask effectively using phone and computer systems.
  • Reliable broadband internet connection (DSL, cable, or fiber) with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speed.
  • Ability to adjust your schedule on a bi-weekly basis with 14-day notice.
  • Dedicated, distraction-free home workspace.

Preferred Capabilities

* 1+ years of experience in customer service or call center environments.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in a customer service, call center, or healthcare setting.
  • Ability to work under pressure while consistently meeting performance and quality standards.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
