Job Summary

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls, email, and chat support. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide personalized solutions that meet our clients' objectives. Key Responsibilities

* Field inbound calls on behalf of dealership clients and assist customers with their queries and concerns

  • Project a friendly and helpful demeanor while communicating with customers to provide exceptional customer service
  • Work efficiently and effectively in a team-based environment to meet customer satisfaction and sales targets
  • Schedule service appointments and answer basic inquiries as needed
  • Gather and update customer and vehicle information to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns to meet dealership and manufacturer objectives
  • Conduct outbound calls following a pre-designed script (service/sales follow-up) to engage with customers and promote our clients' products and services
  • Adhere to all company direction related to the National Do Not Call List and Privacy Acts to ensure compliance and maintain customer trust

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues

  • A quiet workplace, free from distractions, to ensure focused and productive work
  • High-speed internet and a compatible wired headset to facilitate seamless communication and data transfer
  • Typing skills, minimum of 35 words per minute, to efficiently process customer information and respond to inquiries
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment, to demonstrate a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a virtual or remote environment to adapt to flexible scheduling and technology-based communication tools

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other productivity tools to streamline workflows and enhance customer engagement
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to effectively address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines to meet customer satisfaction and sales targets

Schedule/Availability

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you'll have the flexibility to work from home and create a schedule that suits your needs. We offer a range of shifts to accommodate different time zones and preferences, including morning, afternoon, and evening shifts.
