Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers, resolving their queries, and providing them with the best possible solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering a high volume of incoming calls and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and helpful information to customers, including answering questions about products, services, and policies
  • Resolving complex issues related to online orders, follow-ups, and deliveries
  • Utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to determine the root cause of issues and provide effective solutions
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams, including sales, purchasing, and activities staff, to resolve customer issues
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information in our database
  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; online business part administration specialist certification a plus
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer groups
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions
  • Ability to work an adaptable schedule, including weekends and split days off
  • Bilingual skills a plus

  • Strong foundation in customer service, with excellent relational skills and a brief, friendly approach

  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
