Job Summary
We're seeking a Part-Time Sales & Data Entry Associate to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting customers in-store or online with purchases and product questions
- Operating the register and handling basic transactions
- Performing light data entry tasks, such as inventory updates and order tracking
- Organizing and inputting product information into spreadsheets or internal systems
- Keeping displays tidy and providing great service in a fast-paced setting
Key Responsibilities
* Assist customers with purchases and product questions in-store or online
- Operate the register and handle basic transactions, including processing payments and handling returns
- Perform light data entry tasks, such as:
+ Updating inventory levels and tracking orders + Organizing and inputting product information into spreadsheets or internal systems + Maintaining accurate records and reports
- Keep displays tidy and provide great service in a fast-paced setting
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
What You'll Need
* Ages 16-18 (with a valid work permit if under 18)
- Basic typing and computer skills (Google Sheets or Excel is a plus)
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Availability to work after school and weekends
- Reliable, eager to learn, and ready to work with a team
