Experienced Seasonal Part-Time Customer Service Representative – Remote Opportunity in MO, AR, OK, KS ($16 per hour)

As a Seasonal Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for processing inbound customer service calls, chats, and emails, and resolving customer issues thoughtfully and completely.

Responsibilities:

* Resolve customers' concerns or questions relating to orders, accounts, or products in a timely and professional manner

• Assist customers with navigating arenaflex websites and digital resources, providing clear and concise instructions and support
• Assist customers via phone, email, and chat, using active listening skills and empathy to understand their needs and concerns
• Enter various types of data accurately and efficiently into multiple web-based applications, ensuring data integrity and quality
• Engage customers and coworkers with empathy and patience, building strong relationships and a positive work environment
• Communicate information in a clear and professional manner, both verbally and in writing
• Perform other duties as assigned, including participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

* Proficient computer skills, including website navigation and usage, Microsoft Office, and email

• Ability to multi-task and utilize multiple systems at a time, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Excellent data entry and phone skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to learn new skills quickly and retain information learned, with a willingness to adapt to changing situations and priorities
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to use judgment and make decisions in resolving customer problems
• Good attendance and performance record, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed during peak times, including evenings and weekends
• Desire to be a team player, with a positive and collaborative attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote environment

• Experience with arenaflex products or services, or a similar educational publishing company
• Familiarity with arenaflex websites and digital resources, including navigation and usage
• Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
