Responsibilities:
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Handling inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, or chat
- Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Meeting and exceeding performance targets, including customer satisfaction and productivity metrics
- Collaborating with our team to achieve business objectives and drive growth
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A personal desktop computer or laptop (no MAC or tablets) that meets our technical requirements:
+ Processor: I5 processor or better + Memory: 8 GB of RAM or more + Internet speed: 50MBPS (cable-connected) + Operating System: Windows 10 or Windows 11 + Browser: Internet Explorer 11 or Firefox (latest version) + 2 monitors: capable of displaying at least 1024 x 768 pixels + Sound card and speakers or headphones + USB headset
- Approved anti-virus software: ESET or McAfee
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
