We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote Project Manager (Customer Success Specialist) to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation and release of our Business License Services for enterprise customers, ensuring seamless onboarding and ongoing customer satisfaction.

Job Summary

In this fully remote role, you will apply your specialized knowledge and project management skills to coordinate, organize, and direct the onboarding process, managing risk and issue management, planning, resource scheduling, and scope management. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal partners, guiding other team members and departments to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Project Manager (Customer Success Specialist), you will be responsible for:

  • Managing client license portfolios and implementing Business License Services for enterprise customers
  • Coordinating and directing the onboarding process, ensuring smooth customer introduction and ongoing satisfaction
  • Applying project management skills to manage risk, issues, planning, resource scheduling, and scope
  • Collaborating with internal partners and guiding other team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Developing and maintaining complex spreadsheets using MS Excel
  • Managing and resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new business initiatives
  • Providing regular project updates and status reports to stakeholders
  • Managing and maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and project progress

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts, Business, Management, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of consultative customer service, account management, or project management experience
  • Legally authorized to work in the USA
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, internal partners, and stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • 5+ years of consultative customer service or account management experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of CT business practices, processes, products, and services
  • Experience with process and project management standards
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate with partner representatives, government agencies, colleagues, and clients
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Certification in project management, such as PMP or Agile
