Job Description

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while contributing to our mission to create enchanting experiences worldwide. This fully remote position offers the flexibility to work from home while interacting with customers across various arenaflex platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to inbound customer calls, chats, or emails regarding arenaflex services

  • Resolve issues related to billing, accounts, subscriptions, and ticketing
  • Accurately document interactions in customer service platforms
  • Escalate complex issues to internal teams as needed
  • Meet quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction goals
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products, services, and policy updates

Requirements:

* High school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service or call center preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple software systems
  • Patient, empathetic, and professional attitude when interacting with customers
  • Reliable internet and home office setup
  • Must reside in the United States and be authorized to work
