Key Responsibilities

As an Online Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers via chat, email, and/or phone. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Assisting customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, processing returns, and troubleshooting account issues.

Essential Qualifications
