Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Creating and maintaining accurate and up-to-date spreadsheets to track important client information and orders
- Transferring data from hard copy to a digital database, ensuring seamless data management and minimizing errors
- Updating client information in our database, ensuring that all records are current and accurate
- Organizing existing data in spreadsheets, making it easily accessible and usable for our customer service team
- Verifying outdated data and making necessary changes to records, ensuring that our database remains accurate and reliable
- Collaborating with our customer service team to resolve customer inquiries and issues, providing exceptional support and service
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk, with a strong track record of accuracy and attention to detail
- Accurate typing skills, with the ability to maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency
- Knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets, including MS Office Word and Excel
- Working knowledge of office equipment, including printers, scanners, and photocopiers
- Basic understanding of databases, including data management and organization principles
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Great attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
- High school degree or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and computer skills
Preferred Qualifications
