Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Remote Work-From-Home Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

- Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks, including data entry and reporting - Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade customer accounts - Explain and position products and processes with customers, ensuring they understand the value proposition - Escalate customer dissatisfaction to managerial teams, ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up - Ensure first call resolution through effective problem-solving and call handling

Essential Qualifications:

- Must be 18 years of age or older - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills - Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute) - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) - Basic understanding of Windows operating system - Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality - Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues - Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation - Customer service-oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious) - Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage - Strong team orientation and customer focus - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with change and ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment - Experience with CRM software and data entry systems - Basic knowledge of sales principles and techniques - Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to team goals - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to adapt to new systems and processes quickly
