Job Summary
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the voice of our company, fielding real-time calls from customers globally in a virtual call center environment. You'll be responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. This is a full-time, direct hire position that offers a competitive hourly rate of $19.00/hour.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to customers globally via phone, email, and chat
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize knowledge of arenaflex products and services to provide solutions and recommendations to customers
- Meet or exceed departmental goals and performance metrics
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
- Work a variety of shift assignments, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime peak periods
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
- Knowledge of e-commerce and online shopping platforms
