Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing timely, accurate, and professional customer service to our customers. You'll communicate with customers primarily through phone and email, utilizing a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers through phone and email

• Utilize software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions
• Assist customers in expediting orders and correcting post-sales problems
• Communicate with customers in a professional, friendly, and empathetic manner
• Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Essential Qualifications
