Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex's customer service, engaging with customers via live chat to resolve pharmacy and prescription issues. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with customers via live chat to resolve pharmacy and prescription issues in a fast, accurate, and friendly manner.
  • Providing clear and concise responses to customer inquiries, ensuring that all conversations are documented accurately.
  • Maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines at all times.
  • Escalating complex issues to supervisors as needed, ensuring that customers receive the support they need.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
