Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll serve as the first point of contact for our subscribers. You'll resolve account, billing, and streaming inquiries, assist with technical troubleshooting, and ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication and efficient problem-solving—all from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities
