Job Summary

As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting the data and finance departments with accurate and timely information. You'll work remotely to input, verify, and organize large volumes of numerical and qualitative data, using your technical skills and attention to detail to ensure the highest level of quality and accuracy. Available Shifts

We offer a range of flexible shifts to accommodate your schedule and availability. Choose from:

• Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM CST
• Afternoon Shift: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM CST
• Evening Shift: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM CST

You can choose one or multiple shifts based on your availability, with a minimum of 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Inputting transactional and operational data into internal systems
• Cross-verifying incoming data for accuracy and completeness
• Supporting data cleansing and formatting initiatives
• Flagging inconsistencies and reporting anomalies to the QA team
• Meeting assigned deadlines and productivity quotas
• Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive company and client data

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• To be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A minimum typing speed of 40 WPM with high accuracy
• Familiarity with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets)
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• A reliable internet connection and home workstation
• Prior experience in data entry is preferred, but not mandatory
