Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative with arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for passengers, assisting with:

  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and live chats to assist customers with reservations, ticketing, cancellations, and schedule changes.
  • Providing clear, professional, and courteous responses to customer inquiries about flights, policies, loyalty programs, and special services.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving travel issues promptly while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Assisting passengers with online check-in processes, baggage policies, and travel requirements.
  • Communicating airline procedures and policies to customers in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Managing and updating passenger records with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery for passengers with special needs or unique travel requests.
  • Meeting performance metrics including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and service quality standards.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or travel industry certification is a plus.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required – we provide training for motivated candidates.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (bilingual abilities are a plus).
  • Basic computer literacy and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
  • A quiet home workspace with reliable high-speed internet.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
