Job Description

As a Consultant for Streaming Support, you'll be responsible for assisting customers with technical issues, account inquiries, and troubleshooting related to streaming services. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure a seamless streaming experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and a keen ability to resolve technical problems efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist customers with technical issues, account inquiries, and troubleshooting related to streaming services

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure a seamless streaming experience
• Provide exceptional customer service and support through various communication channels (phone, email, chat)
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems efficiently
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to customers

Qualifications:

* Experience working in a customer service or contact center environment with a passion for providing an exceptional guest experience

• Experience with streaming to include basic troubleshooting skills, and demonstrated understanding of streaming services on phones, smart TVs, etc.
• Basic PC keyboarding skills; Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Technical support experience
• Strong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving skills
• Multi-tasking skills, with the ability to use several applications simultaneously
• Experience working with CRM applications (preferred)

Requirements for Remote Work:

* Excellent Internet connectivity: + Internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download - the faster the better! + Wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems
