Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone, chat, and email channels. You will handle inquiries, resolve customer complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience, meeting or exceeding defined service level goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering and responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
