What You Will Do:

As a Customer Support Consultant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via chats, emails, and phone calls. Your primary goal will be to build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. You will be working with a diverse range of customers, including individuals and businesses, and will be required to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via multiple channels, including chats, emails, and phone calls
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers through active listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills
  • Meeting and exceeding team KPIs, including first response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in the industry
  • Working with sensitive customer information, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies
  • Applying the latest customer happiness practices to ensure that customers have a positive experience with arenaflex
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of our client's products and services, including their features, benefits, and technical specifications
  • Communicating with developers and other departments of various IT companies to resolve complex technical issues

What You Need to Succeed in This Role:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Native Japanese and English communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Analytical and research skills, with the ability to quickly resolve complex technical issues
  • A positive and responsible attitude, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
  • A personal laptop or computer with a minimum of 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload

Nice to Have:

While not essential, the following skills and qualifications would be a great plus:

  • Experience with CRM systems, including Salesforce and Zendesk
  • Experience in the crypto/finance industry, with a strong understanding of the latest trends and advancements
