We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced automation specialist to join our team on a project basis, with the potential for long-term retainer if we click. Key Responsibilities
As our automation specialist, you'll be responsible for: - Designing and implementing automated workflows using ChatGPT, Zapier, iOS Shortcuts, Notion, and other cutting-edge tools - Transcribing and summarizing voicemails, ensuring seamless communication and minimizing distractions - Organizing follow-ups and reminders, keeping our founder on track and focused on high-priority tasks - Building intuitive systems for tracking conversations, tasks, and decisions, ensuring clarity and transparency - Setting up alerts, summaries, and triggers to prevent missed opportunities and ensure timely responses - Occasionally evaluating and improving existing systems, identifying areas for optimization and suggesting innovative solutions
Tools and Technologies
You'll have the opportunity to work with a wide range of tools and technologies, including: - ChatGPT + API - Zapier / Make / Shortcuts / Notion / Apple Notes - Google Calendar, Gmail, Airtable, Slack - Lightweight LLM agents (if you're familiar with this technology, that's a plus)
