Job Description

As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and success through data-driven insights. You'll work closely with our Business Intelligence and Data Migration team to analyze and interpret complex data sets, identify trends and patterns, and develop actionable recommendations to inform business decisions. Your expertise will help us optimize our operations, improve customer experience, and stay ahead of the competition.

Key Responsibilities

* Apply data analysis and business process knowledge to solve a range of problems and drive business outcomes

  • Collaborate with other team members to provide counsel or solutions within their area of expertise
  • Stay up-to-date with current developments in their field
  • Identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, ends, or approaches to problems
  • Estimate effort and value for solutions
  • Apply business solutions with a broad level of knowledge about technology stages/structures
  • Verify data and carefully review and check the accuracy of own work using reliance ID processes in technology work
  • Establish or follow prioritization processes to drive work, completing work with a need to keep moving
  • Express thoughts, business or technical requirements clearly and succinctly in writing using appropriate levels of outline and integration
  • Screen program risks, issues, and extensions proactively, ensuring the appropriate level of need, visibility, and heightening
  • May perform other work duties as directed by Representative's Chiefs

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, computer science, mathematics)

  • Strong knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement
  • Strong knowledge of technical conditions
  • Strong knowledge of software development methodologies
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and discussion skills in working with different teams and external partners
  • Ability to analyze medium to large business or technical issues, articulating the issue or root cause, and translating the analysis into practical solution proposals
  • Ability to work effectively in a help/group-oriented climate
  • Ability to explore, create, and report requirements, processes, and technical details
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple and diverse work streams/tasks
  • Ability to take on multiple tasks, whether administrative or project-related, while maintaining a high level of fulfillment in all accountable work; able to coach others to do likewise
  • Ability to educate and train others on technical and business subjects

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, computer science, mathematics)

  • Experience with data migration and business intelligence tools and technologies
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++)
  • Experience with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure)
  • Experience with data warehousing and ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend)
