Job Responsibilities

As an Experienced Live Chat Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting in handling live chat inquiries and data entry tasks remotely, ensuring a smooth experience for our users
  • Ensuring accurate and timely processing of requests and data entries, maintaining the highest level of quality and attention to detail
  • Providing exceptional customer support by resolving inquiries and issues promptly, utilizing your excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with our users
  • Utilizing various software tools and platforms to manage and track data effectively, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and workflows
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive success
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion, upholding the trust and security of our users

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong interest in working within the film and entertainment industry, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Familiarity with global market analysis and experience with customer or service platforms, with a keen understanding of the latest trends and technologies
  • Ability to reside in Comoros during the internship (relocation and housing support may be provided if applicable), with a willingness to adapt to new environments and cultures
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in software programs such as Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies
