Job Overview
We're seeking an experienced Business Analytics Manager to join our AppleCare Support team at arenaflex. As a key member of our analytics team, you'll be responsible for driving business insights, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing data-driven solutions to enhance customer experiences. Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of analysts in investigating data and processes to gain insights that improve customer support operations
- Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes
- Analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations to drive business decisions
- Communicate complex analytics insights to senior leaders, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Operations Research, or related field
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field (desired)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or a related field
- Proven experience with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts, data modeling, and data mining techniques
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with Apple's products and services
- Knowledge of cloud-based analytics platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud)
- Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and techniques
- Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes
- Certification in data science, business analytics, or a related field (desired)
