Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
- Providing accurate information and solutions to customer queries, and escalating complex problems when necessary.
- Processing customer orders, returns, and account updates with precision and attention to detail.
- Troubleshooting product/service issues and maintaining detailed records of interactions in CRM systems.
- Upholding company standards for customer satisfaction and response times, and continuously striving for excellence.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; college coursework is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of handling multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Comfortable using basic computer applications and CRM tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required – we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.
- A reliable internet connection and the ability to work independently in a home-based environment.
