Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, providing premium service and building customer relationships through effective telephone, chat, email, and social media correspondence. You'll work in a remote setting, but must live in Texas (not Houston) or Arizona. This is a contract position through January, with a competitive hourly rate of $16.50.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through multiple channels, including phone, chat, email, and social media

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions to customers

Requirements

* Minimum of 2 years of recent customer service experience (retail, fast food, face-to-face, over the phone) - call center preferred

  • Type 40 WPM and have hard-wired high-speed internet (50 mbps download)
  • Availability to work any shift during hours of operation: Monday-Sunday, 8am-7pm central
  • Must live in Texas (not Houston) or Arizona

Pay and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate of $16.50

  • Pay range: $16.00 - $16.50/hr

Schedule

* Must be available to work any shift during hours of operation: Monday-Sunday, 8am-7pm central

  • Rotating shifts, including morning, afternoon, and evening shifts
  • Must be flexible and willing to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
