Job Summary

As a Customer Service Department Support, you'll play a critical role in supporting our healthcare payor client by providing exceptional customer service, researching and resolving inquiries, and making decisions in a prompt and accurate manner. Responsibilities

* Research and initiate telephone and written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner

  • Make decisions and respond quickly to customer questions and concerns
  • Enter data accurately and efficiently using Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through clear and concise verbal and written communication
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer service skills

Requirements

* High School Diploma or GED

  • 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or telemarketing environment
  • Experience with telephone and email outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to customer inquiries
  • Data entry and/or typing experience
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Excel and Word)

Preferred Qualifications

* 6+ months of data entry experience in an office environment

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
