As a Customer Service Associate, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. You'll work closely with our CS Supervisor and Department Manager to prioritize and complete work daily, and you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering escalated emails and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Working queues related to orders not shipping, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction
- Making outbound calls to customers to resolve issues and provide support
- Handling TrustArc Requests and Order Updates
- Collaborating with our CS Supervisor and Department Manager to prioritize and complete work daily

We offer a competitive hourly wage of $15.00, with the possibility of overtime. Requirements
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to empathize with customers
- The ability to maintain a positive attitude and energy level, even in stressful situations
- Experience with personal computers and basic math and business operations
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Seasonal positions start in October and run through December, with the possibility of extended hours and Saturdays
