The Role

As an Experienced Sales Customer Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with our customers, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be responsible for:

  • Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through targeted outreach and engagement
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Developing and executing customized sales strategies to meet the unique needs of each customer
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive business results
  • Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Staying up-to-date on industry developments and emerging trends to stay ahead of the competition

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools

Preferred Qualifications:
