Key Responsibilities

As a Retail Customer Service and Sales Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service by seeking to understand customer needs, identifying ownership opportunities, and presenting products and services that meet their requirements
  • Staying up-to-date on arenaflex's products, services, purchase options, and Product Zone sales processes to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
  • Supporting your peers throughout the store by sharing knowledge and expertise, and assisting in offering ownership opportunities
  • Maintaining accuracy and following guidance to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Performing other tasks as needed, including providing customer service and support in other areas of the store

  • Availability to work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store
