Job Summary

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our brand, interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries, address concerns, and provide personalized solutions. You will be an integral part of our remote customer service team, working closely with colleagues and leaders to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, addressing queries related to flight reservations, cancellations, and modifications.

  • Address customer concerns regarding baggage policies, seating arrangements, and loyalty programs.

  • Engage in daily briefings and debriefings with the Remote Customer Service Team Leader and colleagues to stay informed and aligned with company goals.

Requirements

* Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the airline or travel industry.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work remotely with a stable internet connection and dedicated workspace.
