Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Overnight Weekend Holiday Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling lost/stolen customer service calls for a large banking institution, providing top-notch support to our clients while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone. This is a 100% remote position, and you will be required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities
As an Overnight Weekend Holiday Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Handling lost/stolen customer service calls for a large banking institution
- Filing disputes for customers who suspect fraud on their account
- Expressing empathy and maintaining a professional tone throughout all calls
- Providing top-notch support to our clients while resolving their issues
- Working evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and standards
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (Associates Degree preferred)
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- A background check is required
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to use WIRED High-Speed Internet Connection with a minimum of 25 Mbps Download / 25 Mbps Upload (No Wifi)
- Android (OS 11.0 or higher) or iPhone (iOS 16 or higher) Smartphone
- Either a Smartphone with Unlimited Minutes, or Landline Phone
- Ability to problem solve
Preferred Qualifications
* 3+ years of customer service experience
- 3+ years of experience using a PC or Laptop
- Experience working in a remote call center environment
- Experience handling lost/stolen customer service calls
