The Opportunity

As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll have the freedom to choose when and where you work, allowing you to create a schedule that suits your lifestyle. You'll be responsible for providing virtual customer service to our clients, handling inbound and outbound calls, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. With our flexible scheduling system, you can work as little or as much as you want, and our clients' call availability will vary, but generally, calls are available daily from 8am to 8pm EST.

Key Responsibilities

As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers across various industries
  • Providing creative solutions to customer problems and concerns
  • Assessing customer needs and providing sound solutions
  • Documenting details of all calls and customer interactions
  • Managing multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously
  • Maintaining a high level of customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
  • Basic computer skills, including navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems
  • Strong customer service and written skills
  • Comfortable empathizing and remaining patient with difficult callers

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications will be beneficial:

  • Experience handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Basic typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for your own tax obligations and will submit invoices and receive payment for completed services. Programs have varying pay structures, but most programs pay for time spent talking on the phone and assisting callers. You may also receive performance-based pay or other incentives.

Application and Certification Process

To become an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll need to:

  • Complete an application to join arenaflex Nation, which includes passing a background/credit check
  • Pay a $45 processing fee directly to our vendor
  • Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement
  • Complete a W9 form
  • Opportunities that you choose may have additional requirements, including certification specific to a program
