Key Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Support & Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing real-time customer support via online chat, ensuring quick and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
  • Engaging with customers to understand their needs and offering suitable product recommendations to drive sales growth.
  • Handling inquiries related to product details, pricing, order status, and general troubleshooting, resolving customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Upselling and cross-selling products to maximize sales opportunities and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, collaborating with team members to improve overall service and customer experience.
