Position Summary

arenaflex is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through digital communications channels, including text messaging and chat. You will be the face of arenaflex, providing a positive and memorable experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

As a Digital Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service on every contact, ensuring that our customers feel valued and supported
  • Striving to provide first contact resolution, resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively
  • Effectively managing multiple contacts/conversations at once, prioritizing tasks and managing time wisely
  • Meeting/exceeding company standards for performance and quality, consistently delivering high-quality results
  • Adding additional value for the customer by proactively recommending related items and appropriate arenaflex benefits/services
  • Attending 1:1 meetings with your manager/lead to address training/growth opportunities and discuss performance
  • Participating in advanced training/educational programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Proactively maintaining awareness of changes or updates to standard operating procedures, job aids, and other announcements that may impact your role
  • Implementing any coaching opportunities offered and seeking continuous growth within your role

Education, Experience & Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of a High School diploma or GED
  • A College Degree in Business or a related field and/or U.S. Military Service is preferred
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of customer service experience
  • Proficient knowledge of marine products and/or the marine industry is helpful
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
  • A sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word
  • Ability to foster relationships with customers
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
  • Strong reading comprehension skills
  • Typing skills of 40 words per minute minimum
  • Proficient in Salesforce Service or Sales Console
