Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various channels, including inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and application data entry. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing top-notch customer service and technical support to our customers
  • Managing customer accounts and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Entering application data accurately and efficiently
  • Responding to online chat inquiries and resolving customer concerns
  • Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies
  • Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Managing time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple projects and updates
  • Participating in extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure compliance with regulated guidelines

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of professionalism
  • Ability to work from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Self-motivation and a success-driven attitude, with a commitment to full attendance for paid training
  • High-speed internet connection (at least 35 mb/s) with a hard-wired ethernet connection (cable or fiber broadband)
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test within 3 days

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, particularly in the healthcare industry, is highly desirable. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, as well as Spanish bilingual skills, are also a plus.
