Job Summary

As an Insurance Customer Service Consultant, you'll be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing phone calls, providing exceptional customer service, and connecting our truckers with insurance providers. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, with a quiet and distraction-free space, fast internet, and a computer or laptop.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls with our truckers, providing exceptional customer service and connecting them with insurance providers

  • Assist truckers in shopping and comparing quotes for their insurance needs
  • Maintain a positive attitude and pleasant demeanor, even in high-pressure situations
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide the best possible service to our clients
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call volume, customer satisfaction, and sales targets
