Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support our Talent Acquisition Team in identifying and contacting potential candidates for our searches. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in proposing new alternatives to identify candidates, managing job portals, and analyzing professional profiles. Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Supporting the Recruiting area in the identification and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
- Proposing new alternatives to identify candidates and improve current processes
- Managing job portals and evaluating candidates who apply to them
- Identifying and analyzing professional profiles in job portals for our open searches
- Collaborating with our multicultural team to achieve our recruitment goals
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proactivity and ability to work in a team
- Marked attention to detail in daily work
- 1+ previous work experience (previous experience is a plus)
- Advanced English level
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
- Experience in data entry or a related field
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and job portals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
