Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for receiving inbound application calls from potential new customers, utilizing effective sales and negotiating skills to acquire applications and up-front fees, gathering information and entering data from applicants through inbound and outbound calls, advising and educating applicants on information regarding their specific application, and delivering the best possible experience with every contact.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive inbound application calls from potential new customers and provide exceptional service to meet their needs

• Utilize effective sales and negotiating skills to acquire applications and up-front fees
• Gather information and enter data from applicants through inbound and outbound calls
• Advise and educate applicants on information regarding their specific application
• Deliver the best possible experience with every contact, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex products and services to provide accurate information to customers

Training and Development

* Extensive paid training program, up to 3 weeks in length, to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role

• Ongoing training opportunities for continuous improvement, including regular coaching and feedback sessions

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate starting at $17-$18.90, with opportunities to increase take-home pay through incentives and career advancement

• Top 60% of associates are eligible for incentives, providing additional earning potential
• Career path from Associate I to Associate IV, with each step earning an increase in pay and opportunities for advancement
• Earn up to an additional $3.50/hr. when working non-traditional hours
• Bilingual skills will be compensated in the form of a 10% differential
