Key Responsibilities:

As an appointment setter/customer service representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Pre-qualifying individuals for various programs and services through phone calls, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our customers
  • Utilizing your exceptional verbal and written communication skills to build rapport, resolve issues, and provide top-notch customer service
  • Collaborating with our internal teams to ensure accurate and timely information exchange
  • Staying up-to-date with internal software and adapting quickly to new systems and processes
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism, friendliness, and dependability in all interactions
  • Meeting and exceeding performance metrics, including call volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 1 year of prior customer service/phone sales experience, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong basic knowledge of computers, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and systems
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter
  • A reliable computer or laptop with internet service, and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • Availability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, from 9:00am to 6:00pm

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Experience working in a cloud-based or remote environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer relationship management principles
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
