Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service, managing customer accounts, and providing technical support. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their needs. With a focus on adaptability, creativity, and problem-solving, you'll be an integral part of our customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and application data entry with precision and attention to detail

  • Deliver exceptional customer service experience consistently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage customer accounts, provide technical support, and interpret defined procedures and policies
  • Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and concerns
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing, with eligibility to proceed through training and certifications dependent on passing required exams
  • Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels, ensuring compliance and accuracy

Qualifications

* Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology

  • High level of professionalism, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a strong ability to work independently
  • Self-motivated and success-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to work from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with a strong understanding of customer-centric approaches

Preferred Experience

* Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, with a focus on health insurance or the Affordable Care Act

  • Familiarity with Group and/or Individual health insurance, with a strong understanding of regulatory guidelines and compliance
  • Previous experience in a Call Center environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Spanish Bilingual, a plus, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer populations

* Salary Range: $15.00 - $16.50 Hourly, with performance incentives and bonuses
