Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative/Lot Attendant (Part-time) at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to customers while ensuring that our equipment is well-maintained and ready for use. You will work closely with our team to provide a seamless experience for customers, from assisting with rentals and inventory management to inspecting and maintaining equipment. Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers inside and outside a arenaflex center with our products and services, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience.

• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers, ensuring safe and secure transportation.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot, including checking fluid levels and performing routine maintenance tasks.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding our products and services, providing expert advice and guidance.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring, ensuring safe and secure connections.
• Fill propane (certification offered through arenaflex upon employment), driving a forklift (certification offered through arenaflex upon employment), and performing other duties as assigned.
• Participate in ongoing continuous education through arenaflex University, staying up-to-date on the latest products, services, and industry trends.

Minimum Qualifications

* Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with moderate risks or discomforts, requiring special safety precautions.
• Physical demands include long periods of remaining stationary, moving around indoors and outdoors, positioning oneself to reach objects at varying heights, and moving equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs. assisted or unassisted.

Work Environment

* The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, with moderate risks or discomforts requiring special safety precautions.

• May be required to use protective clothing or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields.
• Physical demands include long periods of remaining stationary, moving around indoors and outdoors, positioning oneself to reach objects at varying heights, and moving equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs. assisted or unassisted.
