Position Overview

This remote, part-time role is perfect for someone who already lives the flock or small pet life and wants to help others succeed in theirs. Whether you're helping a new chicken keeper troubleshoot a feeder or guiding a bunny parent through water bottle options, you'll be delivering kind, creative, and informed support. You'll also play a hands-on role in shaping the future of our products by sharing customer insights and collaborating with our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer customer emails and calls with warmth, clarity, and professionalism

• Develop a strong understanding of our product line and how it supports a variety of animal care needs
• Provide real-world troubleshooting advice and thoughtful solutions based on customer context
• Collaborate with team members across departments to improve customer experience and inform product development
• Monitor customer feedback and spot trends that can inspire future innovation
• Keep records and customer communication organized using our internal systems and tools
• Assist with general admin tasks and lend a hand where needed – you're part of the flock!

Required Qualifications

* Must currently own chickens, as firsthand experience is essential to supporting our customers. We'd also love to see experience with other birds or small animals, as it brings even more value to our customer support.

• A reliable computer and internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps speed)
• A quiet and professional home workspace (roosters in the background totally acceptable)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail with dependable follow-through
• Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and support tools such as Amazon Seller, Shopify, Walmart, Tractor Supply, Northern Tool + Equipment, Freshdesk, USPS, UPS, and FedEx
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools like Teams, Excel, and Word
• At least two years of customer service experience, ideally with long-term tenure in a similar role

* Highly organized and self-motivated with a proactive mindset

• Empathetic communicator with a calm and helpful tone
• Curious and excited to grow your knowledge of animal care and our product offerings
• Experience writing engaging content such as newsletters, blog posts, or care guides
• Actively involved in community animal organizations

Hours & Compensation

We're hiring for morning and afternoon/evening flexible part-time shifts during our operational hours: Monday – Friday: 8 AM – 7 PM EST Part-Time Benefits Include:
