What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a well-rounded Data Analyst with a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen to join our Customer Success Analytics team. As a remote role, this position will support our Engagement Managers, provide technical expertise, and improve our code base. Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical expertise to Engagement Managers, answering analytics questions, and summarizing results
- Analyze data to discover trends, root causes, anomalies, and other concerns to drive value for customers
- Validate customer concerns and develop solutions, responses, or recommendations
- Experience with time series data analysis on large amounts of data
- Working with large amounts of data by writing and editing SQL queries
- Maintaining and improving data pipelines written in Python, ideally with experience using the Kedro framework
- Developing, monitoring, and iterating on production ML models (Machine Learning) is a plus and a huge differentiator
- Automotive or telematics data experience is a plus
Security and Privacy Responsibilities
* Follow arenaflex's policy and procedure documents related to security and privacy
- Follow the guidelines in the Employee Handbook
- Follow the OWASP Top 10 guidelines when implementing and reviewing code
- Participate in new hire and annual training for security and privacy
- Treat data security and privacy as one of your primary job responsibilities
- Report Security Incidents you discover as bugs
- Get approval from the Security Team before adding new 3rd party software to our codebase
- Explicitly consider security implications when doing PR reviews
Essential Qualifications
* 3-6 years of experience working as a full-time data analyst
- Proficient in Python
- Comfortable exploring and answering questions with data and SQL
- Experience owning a project from design to implementation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with developing, monitoring, and iterating on production ML models (Machine Learning)
- Automotive or telematics data experience
- Experience with time series data analysis on large amounts of data
